«Vil ikke dø alene… i Nittedal» – bedre på Majorstuen

I dag lo jeg godt når jeg leste artikkel om boligkjøp i Oslo. Jeg lo ikke av prisutviklingen, men av folk som er full av fordommer og har et begrenset syn.
Artikkelen i DN handlet om to kompiser som spleiset og kjøpte leilighet i sentrum for en skyhøy pris. Det var en investering som de angret på i etter tid, da markedet i Oslo begynte å bli mer normalt igjen.
 
Guttene sier at de ikke kan selge leiligheten uten å tape penger og derfor må de bo i sammen i en periode (stakkars, så uheldige de er!)
Når man kommer inn på boligmarkedet det er nok smart å undersøke først, samt å finne sine muligheter. Spesielt gjelder det kjøp av bolig i Oslo, de siste årene har boligmarkedet gått helt bananas. Hvis man ønsker å gamble med kjøp-salg, må man være forberedt på en risiko som gjelder alle investeringer.
 
Aviser skriker om tragiske 5 % i prisnedgang, men alle glemte at prisene gikk opp over 20 % for enkelte områder. Selv om mange nå sier at er prisene har roet seg litt, har jeg flere eksempler på at folk ikke kunne kjøpe bolig fordi alle objektene de bydde på gikk over pris. Boliger i nabolaget blir stadig solgt før første visning, regner med at de går for høyere pris enn det står i prospektet.
 
Men det som overasket meg i artikkelen er hvor trangt noen tenker. Den ene gutten forteller at han kunne kjøpe seg bolig alene og han først vurderte området som Stovner, Lambertseter og Haugenstua. Det viser seg at i disse områdene kan man ikke bo, spesielt hvis du er en ung singel kar og jobber på Majorstuen. For det er ingen mulighet til å bli sammen med noen, det er jo bare skog og ulver utenfor ring 1. Man kan være ensom i sentrum med flere tusen mennesker rundt seg eller kan finne sitt livs kjærlighet på et sted man aldri skulle tro var mulig.
 
Jeg var selv litt skeptisk til Groruddalen, men stortrives her og synes det er mer trygt og rolig enn på Grünerløkka. Selvsagt det er avhengig av hva man ønsker å ha, men å bo på Stovner eller Lambertseter betyr ikke at folk mister tilgang til alle nytelser som finnes i sentrumsgryta.
 
Min anbefaling til ungdom er å ha åpen syn og undersøke nye området, det finnes flere perler for en fornuftig penge som kan hjelpe deg til å få fin start i voksen livet.

    Jeg ble spurt av enkelte om jeg hadde vurdert å kjøpe noe sammen med en venn, for å komme meg inn i boligmarkede, og jeg svarte at jeg hadde tenkt på det men hvem skulle jeg så kjøpe med.
    Det er jo en ganske stor risiko egentlig, av flere årsaker. Plutselig finner den andre seg en kjæreste, og vil flytte sammen med vedkommende. Skal man da bo tre stk i leiligheten, som øker slitasjen (hvordan skal man fordele denne kostnaden). Eller så slutter den ene å betale sin del av regningen. Man kan begynne å krangle av å bo sammen, en kan være mer uforsiktig med leiligheten, eller så vil en pusse opp, mens den andre ikke har råd. Det er mye som kan skje, og når man vet at dette kun er for en kortere periode, (ikke som et kjærestepar som blir samboere, det er jo meningen at det skal vare), så er man kanskje ikke like opptatt av å lage kompromiss.
    Jeg håper prisnedgangen blir det eneste de angrer på.

    Hei Maria, morsomt at du liker artikkelen om meg og min samboer i DN. Faktum er at jeg var veldig villig til å bo på Lambertseter, Stovner etc, men leilighetene gikk mellom 500-700k over prisantydning, og dermed over min limit på lånnerettsbeviset. Jeg så tilsutt ingen annet løsning enn å kjøpe med en venn, og for den summen vi kjøpte for hadde vi mulighet for å få større leilighet, bedre kvalitet og mer sentral beliggenhet. For meg ble det en «no brainer». Det hadde med andre ord ingenting med at jeg ikke vil bo i drabantbyer da jeg selv er oppvokst i herlige Groruddalen 🙂
